Meadow.Cloud Feature request to permit easy delete of logged data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
CPU temperature logged in health metrics may have invalid temperatures. These skew the auto selected range for the vertical axis of the analytics graphs and prevent one seeing the actual CPU temperature changes.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a method in Meadow Cloud to delete all the logged events for a device without having to delete and re-provision the device.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Delete the entire device from the cloud and re-provision the device.

• This may work for the situation when the device is on the desk
• Tot practical when the Iot device is in the field. e.g. Clima at the bottom of the Garden.

Wait for event data to be automatically discarded.
