Meadow.Cloud Feature fixed width columns for Timestamp and ReceivedAt

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When viewing Events in Meadow.Cloud, the contents of the Measurements column are unnecessarily partially hidden on wide screen monitors due to width allocated to the timestamp columns which have much smaller column width requirements given their values are fixed width.

Describe the solution you'd like
Set maximum widths for the Timestamp and ReceivedAt columns appropriate to DateTime values to free up the screen space for the Measurements column should be allocated to use remaining space. Ideally the width of the Description column would be set by the width of the contents in the Description column to free up more space for the Measurements column.

Can expand individual rows by clicking "arrow" in first column.
