[DESKTOP] Export window rules to external file and share it across all desktops

In each tilling window manager, I have to add manually the same window rules. For 1-2 desktop configuration that was ok, but when I maintent 3-4 desktop it's annoying. I need to export configuration to shared external file and each desktop should read it and apply to themselves
