I know I'm asking almost impossible thing, so I'm not raising a proper issue ticket.
This tool has support (rudimentary, but still) for Yamaha YM2608 chip. That chip has been used in NEC PC-98x1 computers. Now, these computers lived long enough to actually receive Windows, up to 2000! That mean, Windows programs, written even for standard IBM PCs, will work on PC-9821 with Windows.
Recently, one BT Discord server user shared this video - https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/32672779/114263721-89017000-99e7-11eb-8d5f-4ebf66df9263.mp4 - OPL3 Bank Editor (9x ver) running on emulated PC-9821 running Windows 2000. That made me think, if there is a way to make it with OPN-BE as well... The only real problem would be OPNA proxy, i.e. the way for the tool to communicate with OPNA-based sound cards I guess? It is theoretically possible, but Bamboo Tracker is yet to have this.
