So far, the ontology exists on Protégé. We can export it as XML, Turtle, RDF etc. files, although this is ineffective to work with: The modern web standard are JSON objects. Do we save the data as XML? Do we convert it to JSON before saving it into the DB, so that one can query it? Do we want to save it in the DB in the first place? How do we make sure that the ontology is not "lost" After this project is done?

  • Decide where (else) we want to store the ontology
  • Decide in what format we should save it

Note that this a suggestion by Masha.

I found some RDF databases, actually, but I have also found RDF-json converters, the logic there is smth like that:

I found how to connect a RDF DB to postgres, we need one more file: OBDA or R2RML
Will you be able to do it?
