Ratings

Add ability to rate contractor. Only available to logged in users!

Rator must provide:

• Project worked on
• Star rating
• Would hire again
• Thoughts text area?

Contractor should have the ability to flag rating as invalid. This could be due to someone rating the contractor who has not worked with them before, or due to sensitive material in the rating. If flagged the rating would not display and would be sent to the site admin for review
