[Documentation] Identify the most impactful improvements in Playground learning resources

Now that Playground documentation underwent a fantastic overhaul, let's think about the most impactful next steps.

I've asked @juanmaguitar about his intuition, and he said:

Without further analysis I would say the following resources/areas could have great impact in the community:

• Add more guides as new specific community needs are detected
• Some resources to inspire the Development community to build things with Playground (maybe repos with scaffolded projects) such as:
  • Practical example of using Javascript API
  • Practical example of hosting Playground
• Translate Documentation and Blueprints hubs to Spanish could be impactful considering the size of the Spanish community

To add to that, a guide on setting up E2E tests using Playground would be very helpful. I know @davesmith is exploring that, and here's some related resources:
