Mastenode tab is playing hide-and-seek #129

On xsn-qt wallet:

Masternode tab is deactivated by default.
Even when enabled in settings, the masternode tab is hidden: you need to enlarge the window for it to appear. This behaviour is confusing for users.

XSN is a masternode coin, "show masternode tab" should be enabled by default.
All tabs, including masternode tab, should be visible under all circumstances (regardless of the size of the window).
