Blue Ocean: Error when configuring Lambda Deploy #80

When trying to configure an AWS Lambda deployment via the Blue Ocean pipeline editor, instead of the form described in the readme, only a single field LambdaUploadBuildStepVariables is shown.

In addition to that, the browser console shows an error:

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
