id #s misaligned with list numbers #567

Please describe the issue in the portal:
id numbers in the list tag have been misaligned since a number was skipped prior to 37 (may be due to removed link?) most links now appear to be using their title as id likely due to this.

This problem has been resolved, so I recommend closing this issue.
