up operation: evaluate adding support for kind

This is supported in asdf: https://github.com/reegnz/asdf-kind
Could be taking a name for the container and the image to load in kind. Might require a number of other things, but could allow having a test setup spawn up in containers locally.

Since #508, kind is now supported as an operation the same as any asdf operation. However, this is still accurate if we want to make the kind module more complete to spawn it up automatically.
