omni cd could support full git URLs

URLs in the shape https://github.com/<org>/<repo>/tree/<branch>/<path> could for instance work by automatically getting to the right repo if it exists, and to the right path in that repo. Maybe we could even suggest branch switching if not the current repo branch.
