Align cp, rsync path text on screen

Please align text, for example when multiple rsync transfers are ongoing, so that the basic elements display in the same place regardless of how long ot short the paths are, regardless of the transfer speed, regardless of the progress, and so on.

In particular, replace long paths with "..." from the middle of the string, so that important context is preserved to the left and right of the ellipsis.
