I would like to submit several code improvements to this project. I find some closed pull requests of this project contain this statement "Our project makes use of mailing lists for patch submission and review. For more details please see https://xilinx-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/A/pages/18842172/Create+and+Submit+a+Patch". But that link gives an email address [email protected], not a mailing list. Should I just send patches to that email address? How can I check other people's patches?
