Refs: Wrong numbering #23

The opening line in each of these examples refers to Example "7", which really should be "5". If you click on it, it takes you to the correct example.
This is also an issue in the reference to Example "9" in the first bullet point under Theorem 1. The link correctly takes us to Example 6.
