Migrate all current ximera.org content here

and redirect ximera.org to xerxes.ximera.org (and/or www.ximera.org ... ?)

Some of the ximera.org content needs updating/reorganizing, and  some of the info on https://github.com/XimeraProject should be moved here (and perhaps linked from https://github.com/XimeraProject).
