Answers provided in handout vs non-handout

Currently in the example repo, when downloading the pdf, both options to download the pdf on the website provide answers - suggesting either they aren't compiled differently (one should have handout option with answers, one should be without answers I believe?) or there is a bug in the handout settings.

NOTE: This is one of the issues noticed via the pdf from the "all examples" repo compilation as part of the full project audit I'm doing.
