optional format=string on answer should be typeset as text

Currently when using \answer[format=string]{text}, if the answer is provided, then it is displayed in mathmode in the pdf. It should be displayed as text, perhaps using \texttt{text} or something similar.

NOTE: This is one of the issues noticed via the pdf from the "all examples" repo compilation as part of the full project audit I'm doing.
