Feedback should be hidden in handoutmode

Currently feedback environment content is shown in the handout pdf. It should be hidden in the handout pdf instead.

NOTE: This is one of the issues noticed via the pdf from the "all examples" repo compilation as part of the full project audit I'm doing.
