\hyperref doesn't generate link in the pdf downloaded from KUL server. #251
Description
When reviewing aFirstActivity.tex in ximeraFirstSteps; specifically the link generated by the command: \hyperref[def:absolute_value]{definition of the absolute value}. I noticed that this generated a link that (correctly) pointed to the reference earlier in the pdf when it was viewed in the VS Code pdf-viewer inside github. When I downloaded the pdf from the KUL style/format server, the text was not clickable, suggesting the link was not generated. It is unclear to me if this is intended behavior or a bug.
