Loads XUIZ resource but not XUIZ xex's #2
Description
I know I have not finished ther Xbox UserInterface Resource Package Editor but I will work on it.
But you can still load 3 types of files with the XUIZ editor, PNG, JPEG, XUIS (I saw a ref to XboxUnicodeInformationStaorage) so I assume its that and XUIB is Xbox User Interface Blob I think.
