Photo-montage background generator

I have prepared scripts for generating background images from personal photos for use with the LightDM GTK Greeter.
My family loves it, YMMV 😄

Initially I thought about preparing a pull request myself, but I wasn't sure how to fit it as the code is quite autonomous and has several third-party dependencies. Eventually I decided to prepare a package with the source code and let you decide between incorporating it or creating a separate project. In the latter case I would appreciate your help in setting up an appropriate repository.
