Changing the splash screen when starting Xubuntu

I apologize for writing here. But I did not find on this site (github.com) how else can I contact the developers of Xubuntu.

When starting Xubuntu, we see a rotating line that correctly and evenly describes the circle.
Personally I get dizzy when I watch it spin :-(
If possible, please replace it with rotating dots, as when you start Windows. They also rotate, but unevenly and therefore look much better and my head does not spin when I look at them:
