The press archive link < http://xubuntu.org/press/archive > found on the release page < https://xubuntu.org/releases/ > is broken.

We don't have a page that lists the full press archive anymore, so it's probably best that we simply remove "If you want to browse the press links for all releases, visit the press archive."

The press archive page exists, but is set to be private. I wonder why, and if we would rather want to recover that page than remove it completely?
