[1.12.2] Millenaire chests bugged with Mouse Tweaks

NPC chests bugged with MouseTweaks, I can shift left click my items to their inventory, also If I try same back I will have ghost items until open chest again

Are you talking about Mouse Tweaks or Inventory Tweaks? These are two different mods. Could you try reproducing with just Millenaire and Mouse Tweaks and no other mods installed?
