Create a Jupyter notebook to read the raw MRI scans. #1
Comments
Hi, But it is a little tricky to access the google drive to read and write. On the "www.kaggle.com" website that I downloaded the Dataset, we can create Jupyter Notebook and simultaneously access all the datasets online. Even, there are many similar codes that people previously have done, and we can test these codes online So, if you see this platform as a better place to conduct our work in, please share your opinion with me. |
Hi Mahdi,
We can keep collaborating on GitHub. Please preprocess the raw MRI files,
and upload the preprocessed images (or numpy files) to GitHub directly into
two folders called dataset_1 and dataset_2.
We won't need to use Kaggle since we're only using a few samples from the
whole dataset.
Please upload the images at your earliest convenience for us to start
working on the segmentation task.
Thanks
