Allow multiple tasks to be done in single run

You should be able to perform check and modstub tasks in the same run. Currently, you have to run twice.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Instead of:

```console
$ scratchrelaxtv -c
$ scratchrelaxtv -m
```

It would be better if you could do:
```console
$ scratchrelaxtv -cm
```
