Suggest renaming method, class, and variable names for clarity

Why you need it?

While reviewing the codebase, I found that some method, class, and variable names could be more descriptive and consistent with their responsibilities. Renaming them may help improve readability and maintainability.
ex) OrganizationDefaultsExtension, OrganizationDefaultsProjectPlugin

Would it be okay if I ask for your help with this after PR #13 is merged?
I’m hoping to improve the documentation for new developers, but I believe it’s important to first clean up some method, class, and variable names.

Since I’m not very confident in my English 😅, I’d really appreciate your guidance with this task.

FWIW "name" field is confusing. According to the test it is an org name (https://maven.apache.org/pom.html#Organization), but a user cannot guess it easily
