Currently working around this by using the Parameter case

type Sql

  with
  static member timestampArray (value: DateTime array) =
    let parameter = NpgsqlParameter()
    parameter.NpgsqlDbType <- (NpgsqlDbType.Array ||| NpgsqlDbType.Timestamp)
    parameter.Value <- value
    SqlValue.Parameter parameter
