Issue #450 asks for the introduction of a new connector: TT4CCM. This entails several updates to the CDP generator, to generate:

1. An implementation for the TT4CCM connector, if at least one component has it.
2. An instance of the TT4CCM connector implementation for each component that has it.
3. A connection between the TT4CCM implementation instance and the component that has it.
4. A locality constraint for each TT4CCM connector instance.
