Hi if you download subtitles in languages that contains Accentuation example á ç ã sometimes the subtitles is converted as <?>

Can you provide the movie name, the provider, and the subtitle you used, to reproduce this issue?

I was watching Deadpool and Wolverine
Provider: FlixHQ
Subtitle: Portuguese subtitle downloaded on the app by collective geek

Perhaps the problem lies within the video package utilized by the app; I will report this to its developers.
Could you also provide the specific timestamps at which it occurs?
