Problem with auto portal

Hi,
I'm using default setting except that i switched on auto portal (balance). When it's time for portal i got fast blinking black screen - seems like it is portal screen/page.

I have just started having this same problem. Also on the portal screen. I have tried turning auto-allocate off, changing the level it portals at etc. While blinking it will not let me click to allocate unspent radon (I have not tested in universe 2), if I manually click portal myself it pulls up the dialogue regarding the heirlooms, then it vanishes before I can click on it (I'm not at 600APM :P)
