Can be done on CI but will increase the time of build.....

Is there any reason this is needed?

We check for Python 3.6.5 and latest version now

Although unlikely, it is possible that libraries we are using break for some version of python, which is what happened with scikit learn for latest version.......Not that urgent but I think going forward it will be good to have some assurance.....
