What steps will reproduce the problem?
Running both, the installer and the settings app lets superuser (clockworkmod 
one) complain about the missing permission flag.
To make the app work in future and for security reasons, please add following 
line to your android manifest file:

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_SUPERUSER" />
