"Spawn dlc" spawns weird things

Not sure if this is a bug, but when experimenting with commands, I discovered that "spawn dlc" is able to spawn objects at random from different DLCs. In particular, it usually spawns either an inert "Large Scale Fragmentation Device" or the "Radio Jammers" from missions in the 1st DLC. I have had it occasionally spawn drones or other objects, but it's usually the aforementioned two things. Again, don't know if it's a bug, 'cuz it's kinda neat!
