4K Resolution prevents message box from being seen.

When resolution was reduced to 1920x1080 I could see the box.

Strange, the input box/font should be the same on all resolutions, I don't have a 4k monitor to test on, but I have tested on 2560x1440 and it still works as expected.

Can you try a resolution just under 4k and see if anything is shown? Would be helpful to know the exact resolution at which it stops working, although I haven't had any reports of this happening before.

4k resolution works perfectly for me. JC4 is set to borderless mode.
