update get_impact method to allow for the user to override the default mapping and provide their own scales. #6
A user may want to use another mapping for 'high', 'medium' and 'low' for the impact: element for the control.
It is currently hard coded to:
'high' => 0.7
'medium' => 0.5
'low' => 0.3
