Given that many of the data files distributed with Matpower do not have thermal limits (i.e. have a value of 0). It would be good to indicate when a line has no thermal limit via a decorator.

Please advise on the following points:

  1. The attribute that is to be validated/checked.
  2. The type/UI of the decorator that should be used.

I need to think about the visual metaphor for this. Lets hold off for the moment.
