[gssoc'23 ] remove the typing effect from information text on home page and fix the size of box

the typing effect on the home page in my opinion reduces readability as it user has to wait for whole text to be typed . removing that would improve user experience . and also fix the issue with the changing shape of information container on the same page.Assign me this issue .
