Git checkout File permissions

Hello dear All , Merry XMAS . I wanted to inform you that while I am using git [check out] inside a docker
[ubuntu] which is run by colima , File permissions change and [git status] show me that the files are modified . I did not had this problem with the same scenario with [Docker Desktop]. Also I run the same scenario on the host[ MAC, Iterm2, git], I do not face the problem.
