Detect wrong license

When the string http://www.freertos.org/ is included, the license is detected as gpl-2.0-plus with freertos-exception, but the address is only in text and is actually a different license, but it is incorrectly detected as gpl-2.0-plus with freertos-exception.

Similarly, the following case is also incorrectly detected.
