If I create two identical vector layers with one using OpenLayers.Strategy.AnimatedCluster and the other using OpenLayers.Strategy.Cluster, the layer containing the AnimatedCluster returns the incorrect data bounds (using GetDataExtent()); however, the other layer returns the correct data bounds.
