AWS Org RCP and Declarative Policies

  Thanks a lot for creating the SAP-C02 training material - I think is probably the best in the world! Once quick observation/question: learning about AWS Orgs/SCPs, I found in AWS docs that Amazon added a lot of other policies I knew comparing to what I read when I did the SAA-C03: for example RCPs, AWS org Declarative polices, AI service opt-out policies. Do we need to learn them for SAP-C02?
