@anthology-assist Some of the pdf files in the previous zip had a problem with incorrect hyperlinks. Here is a new zip with corrected pdfs.

This problem only affects the main conference proceedings (nodalida-2025), not the six workshop proceedings volumes. Also, all metadata and bibs are the same as in the previous zip I sent.

Hi @ricj

I had a few doubts

  1. The ISBN is not in the meta data for the conference but in the first BibTex, because of which it is not being parsed into the XML. Is this by design?
  2. For CG/FST NLP, the abbreviation CG/FST-NLP was throwing an error. Changing it to CG-FST-NLP resolved the issue but wanted to check if that is okay with you or if you'd prefer a different one (ideally you can update what you need so that the record is there somewhere)
  3. The month is missing from all the bib files in NBREAL and is not properly formed in RESOURCEFUL-2025. The month is a required field based on the current code. Can you fix that please?

@Azax4 Thanks for working on this.

  1. I'll add it. Could be useful to add this requirement to the documentation (https://acl-org.github.io/ACLPUB/anthology.html sec 2c)
  2. OK.
  3. I'll fix the month in the bibs in NBREAL, but what is the format problem for RESOURCEFUL specifically?

In RESOURCEFUL for example in 2025.resourceful-1.12.bib the month march is neither in curly braces nor in quotes which is throwing an error. This problem is also there in almost all the RESOURCEFUL bib files.

  1. the ISBN in meta files
  2. the abbreviation CG-FST-NLP in the meta file
  3. missing month in NB-REAL bibs
  4. incorrectly formatted month in RESOURCEFUL bibs
