FTC Dashboard /dash not working #156

Without the dash it works, but with it, it doesn't: http://192.168.43.1:8080/?page=connection.html&pop=true

Connecting to control hub on robot.
This is the robot dependencies in our code.

Wondering why /dash doesn't work? Ideas?

Caused by: org.gradle.internal.resource.transport.http.HttpRequestException: Could not GET 'https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/acmerobotics/dashboard/dashboard/0.4.16/dashboard-0.4.16.pom'.
