The current data predates the introduction of CompoundHead. Should be

  <rel#Lungenentzündung-Entzündung> a morph:CompoundHead ;
      vartrags:source <entry#Entzündung> ;
      vartrans:target <entry#Lungenentzündung> .

Note that the word formation rule should not be applied, as this would modify the modifier only.
