hey i would love to solve thisd issue..can please explain what i need to do to solve the issue?

Hi, thanks for your interest. It basically means to go through every OWL and RDF file under owl/stable and owl/core and to check for all LOV-recommended metadata elements if they are not used already, and if not, add them. As an example, on LOV recommendations, p. 2 under "Identification", they recommend the use of voaf:Vocabulary, vann:preferredNamespacePrefix and vann:preferredNamespaceUri (with an example given below).

The first thing to do is to write a script that checks whether the recommended elements occur in a given file. And then it's manually adding them ;)
