Account Wallet No Negative

This module adds feature of no negative allowed wallets.

Usage

• Go to Invoicing -> Wallet -> Wallet type
• You'll see a new checkbox "no negative"

• If checked on the type -> all wallet created with that type will have the same value
• You'll be able to fine-tune this at wallet level
