Downloaded files are gone when executing the subosito/flutter-action@v2

After installing the arc and configured the runners in the Kubernetes container mode, the working actions started failing with extremely strange error.
I have double-checked and the storage is correctly claimed with openebs and attached to the pod.

It looks like the file is downloaded, stored into the _tool folder, and it fails to unzip because the file is missing.
