Change entrypoint or cmd from services

I'm facing a limitation with the Kubernetes self-runner. I need to run a service in a different port and I guess there is only two alternatives:

1. Change the entrypoint command. Or at least pass arguments to the entrypoint of the container service
2. Mount a configmap as configuration file in the container service

Do we have any of these alternatives available? If so, please share docs or instructions

Ps.: I could build a wrapper container of the service that runs in a different port, but that is way to limited... Imagine the hundreds of thousands of container images in docker hub that are ready to use... How to even keep the updates? We already have flexible ways in the docker and kubernetes API to customize the container...
